Managing Major Depressive Disorder, GAD, IBS, and GERD

Diagnosed with major depressive disorder/GAD with occasional panic attacks since roughly 2008. I also have IBS which causes me to bloat frequently. I also have GERD. I am looking for tips on managing all of these conditions, particularly the IBS as it’s flared up recently.

I have all the same conditions plus stomach inflammation. It’s been so hard but I’m cutting down on foods that make me feel worse/aren’t that healthy. I’m keeping track of which foods make me feel worse and avoiding those. Common triggers include dairy, chocolate, caffeine, fried food, and lots of sugar. I cut out dairy recently and I still have the pain but the bloating went down a ton. Try a few different probiotics to find out which one helps you the most. Next step for me is taking a fiber supplement to see if that helps

For IBS I was prescribed a high fiber diet. Fiber is a good way to help some of the symptoms, even though a super high fiber intake when your body isn't used to it will be uncomfortable for a few days.
