I’m no longer in school, but when I was in high school and had undiagnosed chronic Lyme, I spoke with my teachers & counselor privately and we managed to find a room that was available for me to rest in when I had pain flare-ups, and I could wait there if I needed to be taken home early. Perhaps your school has some accommodations they could offer you to help you take care of yourself and your treatment. (I would try something like: I’ll be able to do better in my classes if I have this thing available to me because my condition makes it difficult to do such and such (sit at a desk, be present for a full day, etc) ) Hopefully this helps!
