Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, seeking advice

hi! I very recently was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. do any people who also have diagnosis have any information I should know following this discovery? my specialist honestly didn't tell me enough and even more honestly probably wasn't fully listening to me so I'm not exactly sure where to go or what to do at this point

I have 30 years + experience with fibromyalgia and then both my daughters were diagnosed at 15 years old with fibromyalgia. So If you get a minute write down some questions you have and message me and I can try to answer them as best I can. I’m an open book you can ask anything!

my rheumatologist basically told me all I can do is smoke medical cannabis and do therapy, I read a bit online about stress management but honestly I'm just not sure how I should change my lifestyle so I can best take care of myself
