I’m a few years into IBS and just had endo excision surgery in December. As I’m healing from surgery I’m jumping into how to manage my new diagnosis - what has worked for you?

I'm honestly still trying to figure it out myself 😥 I can't afford the surgery to be officially diagnosed so my doctor is trying to work with me on what we can still do to help because he is very sure I have endo. The current plan is to have me on a 3 month birth control so I only have my symptom once every three months, so maybe that's worth trying? For me, it causes my pain to be way worse when I do finally hit a period and I have periods when I shouldn't still, so I'm going to have to come up with a new plan with my doctor
