Managing Hypomania Episodes with Bipolar Two Disorder

I was just diagosed with bipolar two disorder a couple weeks ago, so how do I manage the hypo mania episodes? I go from a depressive episode to a manic episode pretty quickly and it's so annoying. I don't have any coping mechanisms or anything. I really don't know how to properly deal with this. help please?

Finding something you enjoy doing that is grounding/calming and makes you feel safe and at peace is the best bet! A few of my go-to’s are reading a book, coloring, watercoloring, playing guitar, going for a walk, spending time with a dog, etc.

Which parts of your manic episodes bother you the most? I'm still figuring out how to manage mine... But how you manage is going to depend on how exactly you're experiencing your mania.
