      I have an insane sweet tooth! I just have to eat more fruits and natural foods or I’ll be in serious trouble

      For me, it's a constant battle. My newest thing is to NOT buy those items that I know are not good to have...like pizza, ice cream and chocolate. Set goals, make lists, keep making little changes as needed. Hope my ideas are helpful
