Managing Healthcare Records: Tips and Tools

I’ve moved and seen a number of different doctors over time. It’s super frustrating to keep repeating the same symptoms over and over + hard to consolidate all my health records. How do all of you manage all your health records/care? Any tools/strategies that have made it easier? Would love to hear!

I have an app that tells all of my doctors what I have and what I’m allergic too

I keep spreadsheets of doctors and bloodwork results. It helps a bit.

I have a one-page sheet listing surgeries, health conditions, and medications. This goes far in filling out the new patient paperwork.

The app MyChart has been really helpful for me, but it only helps if your various providers are on there

i have a binder that organizes everything of my medical/financial records. i also use mychart and it is extremely helpful.

Following Cuz I wish to have a better system too. Only have list of meds, med conditions and surgeries but feel like it’s not good enough.
