Managing Healthcare Records: Tips and Tools

Following Cuz I wish to have a better system too. Only have list of meds, med conditions and surgeries but feel like it’s not good enough.

i have a binder that organizes everything of my medical/financial records. i also use mychart and it is extremely helpful.

The app MyChart has been really helpful for me, but it only helps if your various providers are on there

I have a one-page sheet listing surgeries, health conditions, and medications. This goes far in filling out the new patient paperwork.

I keep spreadsheets of doctors and bloodwork results. It helps a bit.
