To those that go to the doctor regularly but aren't ready to recover how do you manage. I don't trust that I have medical autonomy so I just don't have a pcp or seek out preventative care etc

hey girl 💕 just wanted to reply and say i totally relate to what you said. i lived in fear my doctors would just override me and make a decision or go to my parents. finding a pcp that you trust (which can take a bit of time) was super helpful for me and every doctor totally respected my privacy and assured me that at the end of the day i am the one in control of my health and treatment. i would love to chat if you wanna talk more about this so feel free to reach out 🤗
