Managing HATS Symptoms with MCAS Diagnosis
Hi! I was diagnosed with MCAS in 2017 and HATS in 2019. I am also a cancer survivor. My condition is relatively stable with few flare ups, but I’m curious if there is anything better I could be doing to help manage my HATS symptoms.

Hello! What are the symptoms you have? I'm diagnosed with POTS, EDS, anxiety, and depression. My mom has the gene anomaly that causes HATS, and we're assuming I do too. I don't know if I have MCAS. I don't have many allergies, but I've developed 3 food intolerances in the past year that didn't occur before. Nice to meet you!
