Vicks vapor rub with literally A DROP of tea tree oil and manuka honey pads. The manuka honey helps soooo much ๐Ÿ’• i also use hibiclens antiseptic, dial gold bar soap, and aluminum free deodorant like secret black and white, Tom's of Maine, and Schmidt. Love beauty and planet is not a trigger when you don't sweat a lot. All dye free laundry pods have helped my flares so much. And warm rice socks under my arm. Be well

this is gonna sound weird, but... vicks vapor rub. when you've got a particularly painful spot, slather some over it and let it soak into the skin completely. best home remedy I've tried, along with warm compresses. if you can find one, a dermatologist who specializes in HS does wonders. mine keeps same day slots open so when I have a really bad flare up I can call in and get seen usually within a few hours. she gives steroid shots directly into the spot and it's basically gone within a day or two. it might come back but it's relief like nothing else
