I usually stay in bed to rest my body. Flare ups can last as much as months. So take it easy.........

I use THC or a muscle relaxer to help, also hot shower to loosen up muscles and try to calm nerves. Also stretching if you can manage the pain helps me as well

I use THC as well but the muscle relaxers make me groggy. Then it's difficult to work. I've been considering light yoga....

I feel this in so many ways. There was a few months ago, that My jaw locked up and I would wake up feeling like there was a heavy weight on top of me and I couldn't move.
