It's been really difficult lately. I've been taking walks to get fresh air. I had to quit my job.

my fatigue can come on up to 48 hrs after I have a busy day emotionally, practically or physically. I dont think anyone that has not experienced this level of fatigue can know how it feels

Some people deal with fatigue and energy level fluctuations by practicing energy accounting, addressing co-morbid conditions that they can manage such as dysautonomia and mcas, and understanding what drains their energy. Others find it crucial to go to bed at a reasonable, consistent time, make space in the day to rest, and find quiet moments away from people. Some also suggest trying to do a little more every day to build stamina but not pushing too hard. Changes like drinking more water, eating healthier food, sleeping in fixed hours, and exercising regularly can also help improve tiredness. Listening to one's body, resting, consuming protein-rich foods, staying hydrated, and doing exercises taught by a physical therapist are also strategies used by some individuals.
