I would try light exercises like short walks, stay hydrated, and plan naps. I also recommend you chat with your doc about supplements.

focus on quality sleep, balance rest with gentle exercises, and consider mindfulness techniques. for me, small and consistent steps made a big difference

Hello! šŸŒ¼ I've been there with the fatigue struggle. Scheduling short, frequent rests during the day helped me. Prioritize selfcare!!!

"Finding your interests and engaging in activities that excite you or make you laugh can help manage fatigue. When you feel a fatigue crash coming, it's recommended to stop and not push through. Being diligent about noticing where your energy goes and planning deliberate downtime regularly can also be beneficial. Some people find practices like meditation, tapping sessions, listening to binaural beats or ambient music, slow gentle stretching routines, or sitting outside in the sunshine helpful. Taking supplements such as vitamin B12, d-ribose for ATP energy production, apple cider vinegar gummies, fulvic acid, B6, and maintaining hydration and good sleep hygiene can also aid in managing fatigue. Pacing is important, so plan your days so you don't overdo it. A balanced diet and moderate exercise can also help."
