Hi! I live in the Northwestern US. I’d like to know how you manage your Ehlers Danlos from day to day?

The biggest thing is that I try to get up and do something physical even if it's a bad pain day. Obviously it's important to manage what you can do on a given day, but I think starting out by moving gives me less pain and stiffness throughout the day. Additionally I make sure to try and engage my brain in one way or another. I enjoy art through woodworking as well as learning languages and martial arts. Maybe I'm weird for this but it seems like if my brain is busy it's not noticing pain as much.
