I'm having a bad symptom day, my dysautonomia is acting up to the point where I'm room spinning dizzy. Every time I move my head it worsens and my meds don't seem to do much of anything when I'm like this. It happens once every month or so at least but I've never found a good way to make it less awful. Does anyone have any tips for managing dizziness like this?
