Managing Diabetes as an Adult: Seeking Advice

I struggle with diabetes as an adult. It’s so hard for me. I enjoy my adult beverages, but I know it’s hindering my health. What should I do? Suggestions from the people who have overcame this?

Always remember to take your insulin before you decide to have a drink. Your organs slow down/ shut down when you drink. Hence why your sugars rise at hand. So before you start to drink eat and take your meds. Maybe just a couple of units extra before having that drink. 👍
