Listening to music, creating art-(adult coloring books even), watching good movies, doing things that I love and being around positive people

but what if I don't find joy in anything anymore? And I never get to he around people, let alone positive people. I haven't been able to work because of my mental and physical health since late 2019. Shortly after leaving my job, I had my life shattered by the girl I thought was the love of my life. Her and her family were my only social circle/social outlet. Any friends I still had after high school were all away at school in different states, and too busy having lives to regularly stay in contact. So I've been left with nothing and no one for well over 2 years now. I have no job, no money, no social life or hobbies...and no hope if I'm being honest. So what am I supposed to do then?

Staying around people who will support you, even if you have to let go of people you've known for a while.
