I try to think about the food I'm going to eat before I eat it, and usually I can feel in my stomach if it's going to hurt or not. Sometimes an established diet is not as helpful as just eating the foods that feel good and avoiding the foods that hurt, healthy foods or not. Probiotics have helped me a bit. I also find it helps if I don't eat first thing in the morning, I usually eat around 12 or 1, and I eat something small like either fruit or a piece of toast. Sometimes absorbent food helps me first thing in the day like toast, oatmeal, crackers. Pretzels at any time of day have helped me too when I'm nauseous, I think it's the absorbing of the pretzel and the salt that maybe helps? Heat pads help, and sometimes hot or warm tea first thing in the morning helps. I hope this helps you!
