Weather changes...when weather is rainy, hot, cold up & down I am worse. When I have done to much... Spent all my spoons plus, and not enough down time.

Of to have it in your arms & hands would be just as bad as having it in the legs ! I know that CRPS has slowly taken away so much from me. I have gone through so many things to try to control this debilitating disease ! Mine all started with a major lumbar back surgery gone wrong ! How about yours !

I bet I have cerebral palsy on my left side so a lot of body pain as I have gotten older hurts more then ever then getting diagnosed with RSD on the right side just sucks because now it travels and can get so tight!! But honestly mine started by baking a cake with my mom the vibration from the hand held blender I think cause something in my body and my hand wouldn’t come off the blender my mom had to pull each finger off one by one ☝🏾!!!

wow I’ve never had it in my legs honestly! I deal with swelling in my feet and legs but I’m not sure if it’s caused of RSD!! I haven’t really found something to heal my pain 😥 I use to happen only in my right hand but. NOw both of my hands have started to swell which can hurt really bad! The worst flare up I had was in my hand lasted for almost a month 🥺

I’ve notice that mines flare up when I have overworked myself! It could be to much writing, or picking up heavy things, over working my body, or cleaning a whole bathroom!
