Has anyone else managed their CRPS flares with fitness? I’ve increased my level of physical activity in the past year and I’ve noticed my flare ups are few and far between. Wondering if there is a connection or if my body is just being kind.

I don't have any first hand experience, but I know my mom has been really diligent about doing exercises specifically for her affected leg and shes doing so much better now. that certainly isn't definitive, there's so many other factors, but it makes me think it's possible. I'm glad your flare ups have been so much less frequent! 💛
