Managing Cravings and Emotions with PCOS

How do I distract myself from craving something to eat after eating? How can I not feel depressed when I ate too much or too little? How can I lose weight if I have PCOS?

I take Wellbutrin and Naltrexone together because when combined, they cause appetite suppression. It helps me not feel hungry throughout the day.

To the first question, drink some water, even if you have to flavor it, sip sip sip! & if you are able to go for a walk or keep your mind busy.. maybe put on some music. Mental hunger, even when not hungry, is real! Don't be too hard on yourself it will take time to adjust your eating habits it really is a huge lifestyle change, and it can be very hard. I personally have struggles with my weight and eating for years, I ended up getting a Bypass, and it Stops you from over eating cuz you WILL feel it! But it is just a tool you have to try and out a lot of hard work in still. Again, it takes time and maybe even meal planning. I am unsure about pcos. I do not know much about it. I do apologize. Side note: Getting a Bypass can help pcos patients :) but you do you boo and try not to be too hard on yourself. Remember you are not alone.💕🤗
