Kratom. and lots of ice packs in your down time.
@Aewin I’ve looked into Kratom and actually bought some but nervous to really give it a try since I can’t take it along with my prescribed pain meds. Haven’t been able to actually talk to anyone that’s tried it. Would you mind sharing your experience with it?
Tiger balm alll over…the tingling and coolness keep you relaxed and comfortable

not full time, but over the summer i work as a kitchen staff and was on my feet from 7am to 9pm (with a two hour break and sitting at meals, but that was it) and i found that 800mg ibuprofen, a dose of acetaminophen, and rubbing myself in Tiger Balm twice a day was enough to get me through the day, then resting on my heating pad for an hour every night. hot showers and going to the lake (or taking a bath) also helped, and making sure to keep up on a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet was a MUST
