not full time, but over the summer i work as a kitchen staff and was on my feet from 7am to 9pm (with a two hour break and sitting at meals, but that was it) and i found that 800mg ibuprofen, a dose of acetaminophen, and rubbing myself in Tiger Balm twice a day was enough to get me through the day, then resting on my heating pad for an hour every night. hot showers and going to the lake (or taking a bath) also helped, and making sure to keep up on a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet was a MUST

I’ve looked into Kratom and actually bought some but nervous to really give it a try since I can’t take it along with my prescribed pain meds. Haven’t been able to actually talk to anyone that’s tried it. Would you mind sharing your experience with it?
