Managing Chronic Pain: Seeking Advice

I’ve been going through physical therapy to help with my chronic pain. I’ve been going on walks everyday, exercising my arms, and I’m going to do a swimming thing where you have weights underwater. Is there anything else I should be doing? Or anything to just manage my stress about all this?

Make sure you get plenty of protein every day to build muscle while you exercise! Muscle helps to put less pressure on your joints

If you're swollen at all (or even if you're not), you can put ice on for twenty minutes, and heat for twenty minutes. Usually it helps with swelling, but I use it whenever I feel sore on my back or legs and it feels relaxing
