I’m losing my insurance benefits at the end of the year and hoping to learn better ways to manage my chronic pain, mental health, and gender dysphoria on a budget without so much medical intervention

Well a lot of therapists do sliding scale if you don’t have insurance/not a lot of money. So definitely look into that. Also I recommend meditating if you can

Hi Raindrop! I agree with CherryBunny to find support sliding scale. You can call the NAMI hotline and they can give you a list in your area of people to call. If you find a practitioner, the price would match what you're able to pay. You can find contact for your state on NAMI.org - they also have a lot of FREE support groups you can go to multiple times a week to feel less isolated, learn from, and support your peers. I have had a good experience with my local chapter and recommend!
For mental health I tried learning my coping strategies with a therapist and used it when I left there is also free counseling available
You can find almost all physical therapy excersizes online
Would you be able to qualify for state insurance?
