I have Fibromyalgia and Bipolar 2, and ADHD and complex PTSD, and osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease, and several other things that cause chronic fatigue either as a symptom or a side effect... HOW do you manage chronic fatigue without stimulants? My adrenal glands are struggling. I have twin toddlers and a 1st grade boy. HALP!

Some people manage chronic fatigue by regular moderate exercise, a diet catered to their nutritional needs, and ensuring mental health needs are met. Others have found success in figuring out their sleep schedule/patterns and accommodating for the amount they need to function. It's also suggested to get blood tests done to check vitamin levels as low levels of Potassium, Iron, Vitamin D and Vitamin B3 can cause fatigue.
