      I barely do... Mindfulness and Gratitude help.. Keeping a journal and prioritising self care.... Although I know these things help me, my self loathing and lack of motivation get in the bloody way! Routine is a big one to help but if your like me routine feels institutional, and I tend to avoid it ... ACT and DBT therapies are good and finding a good support network is a must ... Good luck with everything 👍
