I have always wanted to learn meditation. Hopefully one day I will. I also want to try acupuncture. My wife loves aromatherapy and some of them do wonders for certain things. It's kinda wild how well they work

Aromatherapy sounds great, I kept my meditation abilities from when I used to smoke weed so I can center myself with a few breaths it's weird im also able to watch delusions and hallucinations without being bothered or fully feeling them like if I'm watching from inside in the middle out to the edge, sometimes I call out what they are like if I'm becoming a psychologist
