Nothing makes it feel better. Walking, standing, sitting to long makes it hurt. I have 5 herniated disc’s, 2 bulging, 1 bone on bone. Arthritis. I had a back Stimulor put in, in January, but it doesn’t work for me. My knees are bone on bone. I just had a full left knee replacement October 19, 2021. Still off work. Still doing physical therapy. Not a easy recovery.

Same here. Pain never stops. Pain meds, nerve blocking, physical therapy, last week start, pool therapy a was the biggest surprise to me, my lower back pain unbearable. The night was one of the worse in a long time, change my diet, is helping me loosing weight, no carbs, lactose free. My pain had not stop BUT is less NOW.

Really sleeping is the only time it feels completely better. Sitting for long periods makes it really bad as well as going too hard on my body and forgetting my limitations

I’m in the same boat as everyone else, I’m always in pain. Activity makes it worse, no bending - can’t load or unload the dishwasher or the dryer. Walking for any length of time really takes it’s toll on me. However, I’ve switched to a pescatarian diet and have lost a lot of weight and that has eased it up some.
