Managing Anxiety While Travelling Abroad

As someone who’s traveling internationally also who’s anxiety tends to get worse when traveling my biggest advice is to breath (as cliché as that sounds) but also listening to music makes one of the most positive differences for me. Also just knowing that everything is going to be alright. If you can try to have a support system with you. This especially helps when you are having an anxiety attack just having someone be there makes a difference. Also mint is my best friend for those things.
