Oh Gosh I don’t think there is a cause I think it’s just how I’m built. I have had it since I was so young- sometimes I manage it poorly. I try to remind myself that that’s what it is, anxiety, and remind myself that I’m a person who’s suffering, and let myself feel that, that I’m a person who’s suffering. It sounds kind of lame, and it doesn’t get rid of the anxiety, but guilt becomes part of most of my anxiety and I guess it helps me forgive myself a bit
Doing something I love drawing, listening to music it's good to do something you love to help but if it's in public I like to just step away for a minute and be alone
