I take it day by take really. If I need to take a break I will just inform the people around me and they understand. It’s nothing you can control sometimes

I take my medication regularly. I also try to take some breaks during the day, just sit a while maybe drink something nice like hot tea and connect to myself.

I use different music to sing and dance to when I get overwhelmed or use the dare app on google play with oh no im having a panic attack meditation.
