I don't take medicine for mine. I mostly do breathing exercises, practice mindfulness, and try to avoid or ease situations where it would bother me more. I do Zoom meetings as opposed to in person ones. It helps a lot. I know Zoom gives some people anxiety but it's been a huge blessing for me.

I take propranolol for my heart condition which slows it down and prevents me from feeling most of the physical symptoms of anxiety. I also use cannabis and CBD.

Medicine mostly. But I've heard meditation helps. Being aware of what's around you is something that helps me. My boyfriend is really good at relaxing me too. Deep breathing is a good exercise. For example deep breath in hold it for 4 seconds, then exhale over 4 more seconds.
