Yoga is also helpful. I journal anxious thoughts and then close the journal. It takes time but I have found it helpful as well aa breathing , mindfulness

There are many ways to manage anxiety. What works best for me is daily meditation, breathing exercises, and sometimes also mindfulness practice. I encourage you to try and see what works best for you.

Have you tried practicing meditation and breathing? This practice calms me down when I feel like I have an anxiety attack. I use an app for practice, and it's great. It's amazing how anywhere I want I can play it and, it helps me relax.
