An SSRI, Guanfacine, and Adderall. I have been getting into some of the delta oils, they help me feel some actual emotion when I’m not at work; still trying to figure out which is best for me. Music, random drives, coffee stops, pc gaming, cleaning around the house (except laundry), when I’m home; I work in an emergency room, and when at work, I’m hyperfocused, loving what I do. It’s hard going out into public. I will deep breathe, and not make eye contact in huge crowds, have been really trying to mask less as it can be exhaustive.

Forgot to mention Journaling. Much l like talking it out, writing down your issue and re reading it can show you where the heart of the problem lies so you can find rational solutions.

i honestly just cry because i feel so much better. my therapist just told me something today that i really love. she said you always have a lot going on both in the real world and in your head, so in order to take on everything you have to make room in your head. this could be anything to release stress or emotion, and for me that’s crying. it’s not always a bad thing, sometimes it’s just what i need in that moment.

I use to LOVE a good crying session by myself but unfortunately now I'm on so much medication 💊 🤣🤣 I can't form a tear if I tried.

Talking it out is the most helpful for me. Once I put my thoughts into words for someone else to comprehend instead of letting it be this dread energy ball, usually just from doing that I can hear how irrational it is! But then if it is rational, you can work with that person on a plan for how to best prepare you for what’s next!

therapy, journaling, sometimes 🍃 and the calm harm app. It is made to calm those down who self harm, but people with anxiety can use it too. My therapist recommended it to be and i am so thankful!

I’m on as needed anxiety medication, but also when I can smoke just a little bit of marijuana it makes me forget about my anxiety and focus on being productive.
