Here’s what helping me cope….plan week out with a planner and don’t overplan so I won’t get overwhelmed, not going to bed too late, weighted blanket, lavender in shower and on pillow, calming music, reading Bible verses, praying, meditation app with sleep stories, yoga, doing an activity for myself (bike riding, journaling…), GABA and L-theanine anxiety supplements, CBD oil, IBguard so food won’t trigger IBS which often causes more anxiety, look at phone less, listen to a podcast to keep mind focused on one thing when mind is overthinking

Distraction is good. Talking to people you trust about what is bothering you.

I don't take meds nor do I have a therapist and I find myself getting overwhelmed sometimes because I'm going through some stuff right now and I have found that distracting myself is good thing like reading a book or picturing my future and what that might look like or that I'm on a beach somewhere etc I also like taking baths or showers and doing my hair and make up find things that make you feel powerful and good about yourself and write a list of things to be thankful for every small thing

Finding community and being able to share concerns with others can be really helpful. Also, learning reflection strategies can be of benefit. For example, journaling might be a reflection strategy, but so is meditation. Anything that helps you slow down and check in with yourself can be a good strategy to help manage anxiety (outside of meds, therapy, and calming strategies).
