I’ve been suffering from bad anxiety since November 2021, post vaccination . This was very new to me because I’ve never experienced anything close to this pain I’m experiencing in my life and it was a very Scary Feeling. 1 thing that I feel helped me was taking walks outside and going for runs. Drinking lots of water and good diet keeps anxiety at bay. Also I noticed alcohol can contribute to my anxiety , cause me heart palpitations, and loss of appetite. Avoiding consumption of large amounts of alcohol and drinking frequently helped me with my anxiety and appetite. If there are other helpful tips out there I would love to try them, especially when experiencing panic/anxiety attacks

      I try deep breathers, get away from stressor if possible, watch a funny movie, write out your feelings..

      So I have had really bad anxiety since getting long Covid. My body constantly shakes. I cut out processed sugars and avoid overeating as much as possible. Meals high in protein seem to keep my anxiety and heart palpitations at bay. The only thing that gives me heart palpitations now is certain forms of processed carbs. So I am mostly eating whole foods, meat and vegetables now. I also went on a histamine intolerance elimination diet and slowly added foods back in to see which foods make my symptoms worse. Everyone has different reactions to different foods so there is no one answer to what is good or bad to eat.
