Well sometimes there isn’t always a reason for anxiety attacks. Cold things like ice cream and or hot things like a heating pad have helped me

Some things that I have found to be regular triggers I cut out of my life; I would lose it every time I went in a Walmart fsr so I cut out going to large stores like that. Otherwise I'm a medical marijuana user so I rely on that to be able to wind down if something gets me too stressed.

I bring plushies with me everywhere! I live in a rather small town so I have calm areas to self-soothe.

I usually try to distract myself by writing or draw something or talk to someone I feel okay with.

I have found that putting a cold washcloth or even an cup of ice water against my forehead helps to center me sometimes. It works pretty well depending on the severity of the attack.

Tbh some are controllable and some u have to cope thru I found that keeping u healthy mentally by coping with what works for u will reduce them and will keep them more easy to deal with and when they do come just do calming techniques I’ve found weighted blankets really help and lying in ur safe spot too

Generally I find that a repetitive motion can help me. I normally run my hands across my legs and it seems to help me steady myself not that it's a 100% thing but it can help
