Advice on managing afib episodes?

so I've had afib, similar to POTS but not diagnosed with anything yet, for about 2 years now and usually my episodes are similar in severity, give or take a few outliers. my resting bpm is around 67-74 but can shoot up to 115-140 sometimes. very recently tho I had one that was around 175 for no reason and I'm not sure if I should bring it up as I don't want to seem like I'm worrying all the time over nothing... my doc has told me before it's no big deal and these things are actually quite common, but that big difference definitely worries me a bit. Any advice?
