Managing ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression: Need Help with Meds Combo

Really struggling with managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression altogether. Has anyone had any luck with a certain combo of meds? Rn I'm on wellbutrin xl, remeron, and adderall and I'm still feeling very anxious and agitated

Have you tried working out? Like a get a good cardio session in? I find that helps me a lot.

I take Lexapro and Wellbutrin for depression, Trazodone for depression and insomnia, and hydroxyzine daily and Buspirone as needed for anxiety. I also take a daily vitamin for my bad diet, and vitamin d and omega 3 supplements to help my mood. This combo's got me feeling better on average than I've felt in a long time

I found that I couldn’t do stimulants because it set off my anxiety. Wellbutrin also has some uses for adhd. I use clonidine hcl 0.1 to manage panic attack symptoms, and it works as fast as Xanax without the heavy sedative feeling. Sometimes it’s not only the meds but the circumstances that are throwing us into a rough patch. Any new stressors that are making it difficult to function?

My fiancé does Wellbutrin and Vivanse in the am and adderal in the evening to keep his emotions and energy steady through the day. Obv all bodies are different but that’s what works for him. Sorry to hear you’re struggling, the pandemic is also extremely traumatic for many so go easy on yourself💛
