Break big tasks down into smaller tasks. Cleaning your room is a big thing to tackle, break it down into steps, make your bed, throw trash away, bring dishes to the kitchen. These smaller tasks don't have to be done one after the other, it's okay to do one then take a break. There's a YouTube channel called How to ADHD that I like a lot that has great tips on managing ADD and ADHD

Try to tackle one or 2 problems at a time. What’s one thing you would like to work on?

It feels like I can’t do anything. Like there’s something wrong with me.
