Managing ADD/ADHD without medication

Hi there! I was wondering how you all manage your ADD/ADHD without medication. I have a hard time focusing without gum or music or fidgets, and yeah I’m just wondering about your experiences! Thanks in advance

I've been listening to Hacking your ADHD. If you search ADHD in podcasts there are a lot of others out there too

I just lost a license. I was so hard on my self. But I remembered I have never lost one and I have only lost credit cards. But I haven't lost anything in a really long time. You have to keep reminding yourself of the good and positive. I know we all focus on the negative it's easier. I challenge you to write three positives in a day!

I have the same problems! I'm on medication but it still isn't enough to completely control my ADHD symptoms. I've recently been investigating techniques and have been reading for helpful info, etc. I have found a few podcasts that have some really helpful tips that people can try!

I use warheads when it gets tough to remember things. I also keep checklist and notebook close by. Always have a pen to write down what I need to remember. Also never put yourself down when you forget. It's just a disorder like everything else. It happens. You aren't in control of what sticks but it's your problem! I hope it helps. I am off all meds too.
