Advice on Making Trans Friends in the Deep South

I live in Texas and I found online support & social groups in the city nearest me as well as using bumble bff (it matches with your gender which I am nonbinary so I only see other nonbinary people). Another thing that I've done is sometimes just using tiktok to feel less alone in my experiences. I haven't made actual friends through it, but the way its algorithm works to show content specific for you lets me see a lot of trans people with similar qualms and opinions which is comforting to me at times

I live in the Deep South as well! I kinda just googled my city’s name then the word pride after it and it showed me some groups that helped me find new friends

Facebook is good lol

If you use discord there are a lot of LGBTQ+ servers out there. Especially trans ones. If you need help looking for some there is a website called disboard where you can look up servers

See if there's some LGBT groups in your area if not try to join some groups on Facebook👍
