      i feel the same, i got sick of it and am using internet resources to find ways to help me talk to people and develop confidence. healthygamergg gives actual advice besides "just stop worrying about what others think of you". there's more to it but that's what helps me most

      It's difficult for sure... I don't know if you're interested in a hobby or something, but doing some of those can help you meet new people. Or if you're religious, church can be a good place to meet people and not have all the attention on you. It's hard for me with my social anxiety to actually go and do those things, but usually I'll feel better later if I can conquer it. This also might sound silly, but there's an app that you can make friends on. Of course, always be safe when using the internet and potentially meeting people
