Major Anxiety Preventing Me from Going to Work

Having major anxiety. Cant even go to work. I just dont care. Need to get a psychiatrist...no money for insurance. Think I already lost my job...but its for the best. Job was very atressful and non stop and I was overworked.

You may need to filter through it for community mental health centers. You can also Google “community mental health center” and your location.

Depending on where you are there may be a community mental health center where you could see someone. They usually work on a sliding scale for fees so it may not even cost you anything

Hey, I think you should do everything you can to see someone. Even if you need to loan money from friends or family, your health is more important than anything else
