I use tramadol in the morning/during the day and meloxicam at night. The combo works fairly well. I can take up to 3 tramadol a day but I tend to only need one.

I take diclofenac potassium for pain. However, it causes pretty bad acid reflux. I was on Meloxicam, but it was a 1 pill/24 hours which was not good for me. I didn’t want to over take it and develop a tolerance but I didn’t ever know which mornings were the ones where I would need a pill. I also use a TENS machine that helps a lot!

Assuming you meant pain management, I use meloxicam and baclofen as needed. I rarely use them consistently just because I feel like their effect will eventually be diluted by my overuse of it, like all previous medications of mine.
