I tried it and gave it real effort and I've never had a medication make me so sick, except for Gabapentin. Treating holistically is the way to go, in my opinion and it's helped me so much more than anything BP had to offer. There are a lot of options!

I take 150 mg 3 times daily and have been on it for a long time. It helps but I have noticed just recently that i am having a reaction to it i think. I just jerk every so often and the Lyrica is the only thing i can think of that would make me do that.

I started it a few weeks ago, just increased my dose this past weekend. The first few days were rough, but I think it's starting to help a bit!

Just took my first dose less than 5 minutes ago ... Lol. So, sorry, I can't help you yet. I hope it helps. I also have degenerative disk disease, among many other ailments. Gentle hugs for all!!🤗🤗🤗

I was on it briefly but it didn't work for me. Now I'm not taking anything as the other fibro meds didn't help either.
