Lyrica Dosage for Pain Relief
the goal does of Lyrica my dr wrote in my chart is 300-450mg (starting dose 75mg). anyone on this goal dose who found it helping with the pain?

I am on 300mg twice a day for various pain from many illnesses, without this I would be bed bound ,. Hope this helps

I am on 100mg twice a day and without that I would have no relief from the pain of fibro, neuropathy and restless leg syndrome.
