Hello, I have primary lymphedema in my right leg. Have had it for 10+ years. Besides using a farrow wrap what other treatments should I use?

      I have lymphedema in both my legs and arms but my arms donā€™t bother me @ all I had it in my arms for 15 years was never diagnosed til now when I was diagnosed in my legs

      Iā€™ve done the compression boots, and the socks, and the wraps. Those are all painful for me, but I had to try them to find out. I am bedridden so the only thing I can do now is keep my legs up as much as humanly possible. I hope you find something that works well for you.
