Numb or Tingling Fingers and Toes: A Lyme Symptom?

Sometimes I get numb or tingling fingers or toes is this a Lyme Symptom. Also when ever in stress full situation my legs starts twitching or shaking is that normal at all?

When my chronic Lyme symptoms were at their worst, one of my hands or feet would randomly go extremely painfully numb/cold. It’s such a hard thing to describe, but it is always an unpleasant experience lol.
