Experiencing Lupus Symptoms, Seeking Advice

I believe I may be in the same boat as you. Now I'm coming to realize that Lucas may also be a high probability for what I may have. I began feeling what felt like little pin pricks on my arms and feet and legs. Then it felt like they were moving almost as if they were little bugs but it was chalked up to my nerves and possibly being stressed. Lately I have been having insane swelling of my feet halfway up my calves as well as in the palms of my hands the tip of my and now lately on my right ear. I have still yet to find any probable cause for this to be happening except the ones that scare me the most. One being lupus, the other being degenerative heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. I basically have exhausted my energy to keep looking for a possible reason, but it still has me scared to death. Have you felt anything like what I have felt before?
